Refund Policy

Donations made through FightFund are voluntary contributions and are generally non-refundable once processed. FightFund Inc. is a technology platform, not a custodian or charity; please review the campaign and your donation details carefully before completing your gift.

We may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis in limited circumstances, such as a clear processing or duplicate error, an unauthorized transaction, or where a campaign is found to violate our Terms of Service through fraud or misrepresentation. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

To request a refund, email help@fightfund.com as soon as possible (ideally within 15 days of your donation) with your receipt number, the campaign name, the donation amount, and the reason for your request. We will review and respond, and may ask for additional information.

If you don't recognize a charge or have a concern, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution while we work with our payment processor.

Where a refund is issued, optional tips to FightFund may be included. Payment processing fees charged by our processor may be non-recoverable in some cases, and any platform fee is only ever applied at payout on funds actually released to an organizer.

You can cancel a monthly recurring donation at any time from your account, which stops future charges. Canceling a recurring donation prevents future gifts but is not by itself a refund of past gifts; past gifts follow the rules above.

Organizers are responsible for using funds as described and for honoring reasonable donor concerns. FightFund holds and reviews funds before payout to help protect donors, but we are a technology platform and do not guarantee outcomes.
